Delicious dessert wheat
Required products:
- 250 g of steamed wheat ARRIVA or wheat GREEN LINE
- 100 g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Peel 1 large lemon
- 100 g powdered sugar (preferably vanilla)
- 100 g of crushed walnuts
- 50 g biscuits
Method of preparation:
Boil the wheat in a saucepan over low heat until soft. Wheat is boiled in a ratio of 1/3 in favor of water.
When the wheat is ready, remove it from the stove and, as it is covered with a lid, leave it in the pot until it absorbs the remaining water for about 30 minutes.
You can wrap the pot with a towel or sheet to cool more slowly.
If there is still water left in the pot, pour it out and spread the wheat on a towel or sheet.
They will absorb the remaining moisture from it and the grains themselves will not stick to each other. Let it stand for 2-3 hours.
Return the wheat to a convenient container for mixing and add the remaining products to it.
Stir it carefully and the wheat is ready. If desired, you can add pomegranate seeds, dried or fresh blueberries and sprinkle with chia seeds.
Meatballs with tomato sauce
Required products for meatballs:
- 500 g of minced meat mixture
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (if the minced meat is unsalted)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- Oval flour
- Frying oil
Required products for the sauce:
- 1 bottle mashed tomatoes Arriva
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 5-6 tbsp. oil or olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 tsp sol
- 1 tsp sugar

Method of preparation:
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped half a head of onion and parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, black pepper and salt (if necessary) and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour (maybe more). From the prepared minced meat we form meatballs and roll them in flour. Fry in oil until golden on both sides.
Pour the oil into a saucepan or deep frying pan. When hot, pour the other half of the onion, finely chopped and garlic, stew for 4-5 minutes, add the finely chopped carrot and stew for another minute or two. Add the mashed tomatoes and mix well. Add salt and sugar and bring the sauce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes. When the sauce is ready, remove from the heat and add the flour, beaten in water, stirring constantly so that it does not form lumps. Return the sauce to the hob and carefully place the meatballs in the sauce. Cook for 20-30 minutes and remove from heat. Add the finely chopped parsley and stir.
Serve in a deep dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley and / or finely chopped fresh onions.

Tomato soup with beans
Required products:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 head chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp tomato puree Arriva or tomato sauce Arriva
- 2 boxes х 400 гр. whole tomatoes with their Arriva liquid
- 1/2 cup boiled white beans Arriva
- 2 cups vegetable broth or water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar or brown sugar Arriva

Method of preparation :
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the tomato puree and cook, stirring constantly, for about 30-40 seconds.
Add the tomatoes and vegetable broth and stir to mix. Increase the heat to medium and let the mixture simmer. Cook for 30 minutes. If necessary, reduce the heat to maintain a slight simmer. Stir occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender, making sure you have not filled the maximum filling line (split in two if necessary). Add the cooked beans, butter, sugar and a few pinches of black pepper and puree until perfectly smooth.
Taste and, if necessary, add a little more sugar (to balance the acidity of the tomatoes), pepper and salt.
If you are adding basil, add it now. Stir again briefly and serve the soup hot with freshly baked bread or rusks.
This soup is stored for about four to five days. You can freeze the leftovers for up to 3 months.
Lentil soup and canned tomatoes
Required products:
- 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 head chopped onion
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cans x 400g.diced tomatoes Arriva
- 250 гр. red lentil Arriva
- 4 cups vegetable broth or water
- 2 glasses of water
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method of preparation:

Add garlic, cumin, curry powder, turmeric and thyme. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 30 seconds. Pour the diced tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes, stirring often to improve their taste.
Pour the lentils, broth and water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil, then partially cover the pan and reduce the heat to maintain a slight simmer. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until the lentils are soft but not boiling. Transfer 2 cups of the prepared soup to a blender. Secure the lid, protect your hand from the steam with a towel and puree the soup until smooth. Pour the mashed soup back into the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and season with lemon juice to taste. Try and season with more salt, pepper and / or lemon juice if needed.
Serve the soup while hot with fresh bread and Popped hot peppers Arriva.

Required products:

Method of preparation:
Put the bulgur in a bowl, fill with hot water (the water should cover the bulgur at least 3 cm), cover and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes. Put the finely chopped tomatoes, parsley, roasted pepper, onion and garlic in another bowl. Add salt and pepper and cinnamon. They mix. The bulgur is drained and mixed with other products. Finally, add the lemon juice, flaxseed and olive oil. Mix everything well and leave in the refrigerator until serving.
French province cake
Thin and fragrant honey loaves, combined with a light yogurt cream, blueberry and walnut jam - a uniquely good combination.
Required products for the marshes:
- 1 egg
- 150 g of sugar
- 200 ml. fresh milk

- 2 tsp baking soda
- 50 g butter

Required products for cream:
- 800 g sour cream
- 150 ml. confectionery cream

Method of preparation:
In a deep saucepan, beat the egg and sugar. Add the milk, honey, soda and butter. Stir very well and put on the stove on medium heat. Boil for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The soda may boil, so be careful. It should acquire a light caramel color. the hob and leave to cool for about 20-30 minutes. Add the flour and knead the dough. Divide into 6 parts. Roll each piece thinly and place in a tray with baking paper.Bake each loaf in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. We take out the marshmallows and while it is warm we cut it on the bottom from the form in which we will assemble the cake. Save the slices from the marsh to sprinkle on the finished cake. We leave the tops to cool and start with the cream.
Beat the sour cream with the sugar. In a separate bowl, whip the confectionery cream. Mix the two products and mix well with a spoon or mixer on the lowest setting.
Assemble the cake by alternating breadcrumbs, cream, a few spoons of jam and so on until the products run out. Finish with cream and sprinkle with ground clippings mixed with walnuts. I leave for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Then release from the ring and sprinkle the sides with a mixture of walnuts and clippings from the countertops.

Cream of carrot and chickpea soup
Required products:
- 1 can chickpeas Arriva 400 gr.
- 1 kg of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 5 cups vegetable broth or water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh or powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili if you like spicy
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add cumin, curry powder, ginger, coriander, sugar and salt and simmer for another minute. Add the carrots, boiled chickpeas (leave a few beans for decoration), vegetable broth or water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until the carrots are cooked.
In a food processor or blender, puree the soup until smooth. Return the mashed soup to a new saucepan and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add more spices to taste, distribute in bowls.
If desired, you can add a lump of butter and / or sour cream.
Healthy chocolate truffles with dates
Required products:
- 12 pitted dates
- 7 tbsp. oatmeal Arriva
- 7 tbsp. crushed walnuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. chia Arriva (pre-soaked in water)
- 3 tbsp. honey Arriva
- 1 tbsp. crushed flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- You can add 1 tbsp. peanut butter or preferred tahini.

Method of preparation:
All ingredients are blended and mixed very well. If you use a food processor, first grind the oats, walnuts and dates, then add the remaining products. Form candies with a diameter of about 2 cm and pour into a mix of seeds and / or coconut shavings.
Store in the refrigerator.
You can pamper yourself without any remorse.

Chicken julienne with peas in the oven
Required products:
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 400 gr. peas Arriva
- 1 can diced tomatoes Arriva
- 50 ml. Red wine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large carrot
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 50-60 ml. olive oil
- Black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Pour the wine and 3-4 tbsp. olive oil in a suitable dish and add the fillet. Leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
Heat 40-50 ml in a pan. Olive oil and add the chicken. Leave on the stove until the liquid evaporates, stirring periodically. When the liquid evaporates, add the chopped onion, carrot, garlic and salt. Leave on low heat until onions and carrots soften, then pour the can with tomatoes and peas. Again, leave on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then pour into a pan and bake at 210C until done.
Pancakes with einkorn and buckwheat flour
Required products:
- 1 teacup buckwheat flour Arriva
- 1 teacup einkorn flour Arriva
- 3 tbsp brown sugar Arriva
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 teacups fresh or coconut milk
- 50 g of melted butter
- You can add cinnamon and mashed, well-ripened banana
- Butter to spread on the pan and ready-made pancakes
- Garnish with Jam or honey Arriva

Method of preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients in a suitable bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, add the milk and melted butter (now is the time to add the mashed banana and cinnamon). Mix the dry and liquid ingredients and beat well with a wire or mixer on the lowest setting. The dough should be thicker than regular pancakes, so you may need to add a little more flour.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, grease with oil and pour a ladle of the mixture.
Allow the dough to spill on its own. The pancakes should look like "American" and not thin like ours.
Bake on both sides until the pancakes have a brown crust.
Grease each pancake with butter while still hot.
Garnish with honey, jam or chocolate.
